Compared with other conventional models, HVLP spray guns can save 20％~30% paint consumption. The WIDER2L HVLP spray gun has realized less paint scattering. It contributes to improvement of working environment in terms of extended maintenance period of spray booth and less paint bounce back to painter.

The addition of the nozzle slots increases the ability to influence atomization performance. The air stream is directed towards the centre of the material by the serration of the cuts. This starts the atomisation process sooner, creating stabilization of the droplets. The enhanced nozzle design optimizes the air flow reducing air consumption.
