Beards easily harbor bacteria, shed, and may introduce contamination into products or environments. Disposable beard covers reduce the likeliness of small hair fibers encountering clean items during food processing and packaging, food preparation, laboratories, hospitals, production areas, or within any environment sensitive to trace contamination.

Spunbound Polypropylene is a textile manufacturing process that improves breathability and reduces water absorption within the beard cover. Wearing the beard cover is more comfortable and easier to breathe through. In reverse, the beard face mask cover also reduces outbound saliva, sweat, and particles from the mouth, beard, and nose.

CleanPro® beard covers are manufactured with a continuous filament structure that prevents fraying or ripping. Loose fibers or lint remain intact instead of falling to surfaces or landing on products. Latex-free materials eliminate the risk of allergens and contact dermatitis over long shifts.
