Contec SV-2 CONSTIX™ Knit Polyester Surface Validation Swabs with Anti-Static Polypropylene Handle, 6″ OAL

The round head and flexible handle of SV-2 allows access to recessed surfaces for easier contamination retrieval or sampling. The head is thermally bonded to a notched polypropylene handle to minimize handling and improve sample transfer into vials. The swab can be sterilized by most common methods and the small put-up ensures accurate testing with little waste. Each pack of SV-2 contains five swabs packaged inside a cleanroom grade re-closable bag.

SV Series swabs have been additionally processed for use in the evaluation of surface cleaning protocols in critical applications. Designed for the validation and evaluation of surface cleaning protocols, our SV Swabs are made of polyester fabric that has been cleaned using a proprietary process to minimize background TOC contribution. The swabs are tested and certified to a TOC level of < 50 μg/L (ppb). For added convenience, CONSTIX Surface Validation Swabs are notched for ease of sampling and packaged five swabs per resealable bag.
