Description: The Elcometer 415 Paint and Powder Coating Thickness Gauge provides a simple, accurate and reliable way to measure coatings on all smooth ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces. 0-40mils thickness depth.

The Ferrous/Non-Ferrous gauges auto-switch to read on either ferrous or non-ferrous substrates. This is ideal for measuring paint or powder on both steel and aluminum surfaces such as car body panels or in a powder shop.

Compatible with ElcoMaster® software, individual paint thickness readings can be transferred via USB to PC for analysis and instant report generation.

In addition to coating thickness, the new Elcometer 415 displays key statistical values required to assess the overall industrial finishing; number of readings (n), average coating thickness (x), the lowest (Lo) and the highest (Hi) paint thickness.
