Description: This full hood is specially designed to meet the requirements of painters and protects the respiratory system, eyes, skin and hair. In addition, it offers a high wearing comfort and optimum hygiene. The hood with hygienic hood insert, replaceable sweatband and acoustic warning device is available as a set. This includes a belt unit—optionally with activated carbon absorber, air flow regulation and display, or a T-piece with an air flow regulation.

The SATA vision 2000 hood is a type C continuous flow supplied air respirator with a full face shield. It is very comfortable to wear, with an adjustable headband. Painters with reasonable beard length, mustaches or eyeglasses will appreciate the full hood protection with a wide field of vision and a single pane, non-glare, anti-static visor. The hood is hygienic due to easily replaced linings and sweatband. It also features a tip-up visor, making it unnecessary for the painter to remove the hood between coatings. The SATA activated charcoal absorber belt unit is an auxiliary filter. Breathing air is filtered through activated charcoal. The activated charcoal purifies the air and removes any odor or hydrocarbon vapor. Airflow is regulated with a throttle valve. An airflow gauge is mounted on the belt unit to visually monitor correct airflow setting.
