Description: The SATA test air cap with dual gauges is a visual means of proving RP or HVLP compliance. By fitting the spray gun with this air cap and turning the fan control through its entire range, both center and horn air cap pressure can be verified. When the recommended air inlet pressure is applied, the maximum air cap pressure will not be exceeded. All SATA RP and HVLP guns are at least 65% transfer efficient and meet all RP and HVLP legislation. The SATA test air cap with dual gauges may be required by local or state ordinance and is a useful tool to check accurate pressure settings.
