Operation

Fit a wristband snugly onto the wrist.

Snap the wrist cord to the wristband. Use the included non-resistor wrist cord if performing a Low Voltage System Resistance Test per sections 6.6 and 6.7 of ANSI/ESD SP15.1. Use a one megohm wrist cord if performing a High Voltage System, High Resistance Test per section 6.8 of ANSI/ESD SP15.1.

Plug the wrist cord into one input of the resistance meter

Attach the Glove CAFE to the other input of the resistance meter.

Wear the glove on the same hand as the wristband and wait a minimum of 15 seconds before beginning the electrical measurement.

Balance the Glove CAFE on the fingerprint side of the thumb or first finger of choice on the hand wearing the glove.

Take a resistance measurement using the resistance meter.
