Techcon TS580D-MM Micro-Meter Mix Smart Controller

First in its class, the TS580D-MM is equipped with an internet port to allow users to monitor and make precise parameter adjustments remotely. This feature enables the unit to fit into Smart Factories that require Industry 4.0. Additional advanced features include digital timers to provide accurate and repeatable dispense times. The user friendly firmware provides the option of programming up to 50 varied, sequenced, or individual recipes. The controller has a user programmable “Purge” and “Time” cycle settings, and a “Teach Mode” for determining proper dispensing time.

Integration into semi-automatic and automatic machinery is made easy with the I/O interface connector. Through use of the interface port, the cycle ca be initiated, stopped, and an end-ofcycle signal can be fed back to the host machine in order to start the next cycle. A low-pressure warning feature is also included to help maintain uninterrupted operation.
